Shipping & Delivery
Please note that all shipping delivery times listed are in addition to our standard order processing time of 2-3 business days, with the exception of orders placed using guaranteed shipping methods. Orders placed using guaranteed shipping methods before 6pm PST (Pacific Standard Time) will begin processing within 24-48 hours.
Domestic Orders
We offer a $5.00 Flat Rate shipping option via UPS Ground on all domestic orders shipping within the continental US, and via USPS for orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii. Free Shipping is applied to orders of $150.00 or more (excluding tax). Free Shipping offers do not apply on international orders. We offer three reliable and convenient domestic shipping options with tracking through United Parcel Service (UPS):
UPS Ground: delivery within 1-5 business days
UPS 2nd Day Air: delivery within 2 business days
UPS Next Day Air: delivery within 1 business day
International Orders
We currently serve and ship to select *locations worldwide. Flat Rate, Free Shipping, and Free Returns offers do not apply on international orders. Customer is responsible for all applicable import taxes and/or fees. We offer several reliable and convenient international shipping options through the United States Postal Service (USPS) and United Parcel Service (UPS):
USPS Priority Mail International: delivery within 6-10 business days (tracking within the US only)
USPS Express Mail International: delivery within 3-5 business days (fully trackable to the destination)
UPS Standard (Canada & Mexico): delivery within 2-6 business days to Canada, 4-8 business days to Mexico (fully trackable to the destination)

Our Sizing Charts have been provided as a general guide for determining fit. In addition, we try to include accurate and detailed information regarding fit and measurements for each item in the product description. Please keep in mind, however, that sizing can vary between brands. If you are having difficulty selecting a size or are between sizes, we'd be glad to answer any questions you might have! Payment, Pricing & Promotions
We currently accept payment for merchandise in USD (US dollars) only. Pricing on regular priced and sale items are non-negotiable and we do not offer price matching or price guarantees on any merchandise for sale on our website. Occasionally we will offer discounts and/or promotions, the details and guidelines of which will be posted on our website during the time of offer.
