Shipping & Delivery
Please note that all shipping delivery times listed are in addition to our standard order processing time of 1-3 business days, with the exception of orders placed using expedited shipping methods. Orders placed using expedited shipping methods before 6pm PST (Pacific Standard Time) will begin processing within 24-48 hours.
We ship standard domestic orders via USPS Priority Mail for a flat fee of $5.00 per order. Free shipping applies to orders of $150+ within the USA only. Free shipping does not apply to international orders.

UPS Next Day Air: delivery within 1 business day
We currently serve and ship to select locations* worldwide. Flat Rate, Free Shipping, and Free Returns offers do not apply on international orders. Customer is responsible for all applicable import taxes and/or fees. We offer several reliable and convenient international shipping options with tracking through the United States Postal Service (USPS) and United Parcel Service (UPS):
USPS Priority Mail International: delivery within 6-10 business days
USPS Priority Mail Express International: delivery within 3-5 business days
UPS Standard (Canada & Mexico)**: delivery within 2-6 business days to Canada, 4-8 business days to Mexico

Canada Customs requires Canadian recipients to pay applicable duties and taxes on each shipment entering Canada. These charges may include PST, GST, HST, duties and other taxes of goods (e.g. excise tax). A brokerage fee is also charged to process shipments and present the requisite customs paperwork to Canada Customs on the importer’s behalf.
Your order will be shipped under UPS’s e-Tailer Brokerage Program (eBP), where eligible shipments imported into Canada for non-commercial purposes and valued under CAD$ 200 shipped via UPS Standard service are subject to a reduced brokerage fee of CAD$ 10, plus any applicable duties and taxes. Shipments valued at CAD$200 and above and/or being imported to Canada for commercial purposes and/or subject to specialized clearance may incur additional fees.
Please be aware that UPS will request payment of these charges at the time of delivery. You have the ability to call UPS ahead of time (1.800.742.5877) to pay these charges, eliminating the need for payment on delivery.

Our Sizing Charts have been provided as a general guide for determining fit. In addition, we try to include accurate and detailed information regarding fit and measurements for each item in the product description. Please keep in mind, however, that sizing can vary between brands. If you are having difficulty selecting a size or are between sizes, we'd be glad to answer any questions you might have! We currently accept payment for merchandise in USD (US dollars) only. Pricing on regular priced and sale items are non-negotiable and we do not offer price matching or price guarantees on any merchandise for sale on our website. Occasionally we will offer discounts and/or promotions, the details and guidelines of which will be posted on our website during the time of offer.
Ordering & Updating Account Information
