We hope that you will be completely satisfied with your purchase, but if something doesn't work out, we accept full returns for unmarked, unworn, and unwashed merchandise postmarked within 30 days of receipt.

To request a *return, simply email us at returns@collectivehabit.com. Please be sure to include information such as the Order #, Item, and Reason for Return in your email. After your request has been approved, you will be sent a pre-paid return label.

***Returned items must be in original (new) condition and have the original tags attached. Shoeboxes must be returned free of damage and shipping labels. Please note that all clearance items, jewelry, lingerie, and swimwear are final sale.***

Please allow up to two weeks for us to receive and process your return. Once an eligible return has been processed, we will notify you via email. Please note that it may take your financial institution additional time to post the credit to your account. We recommend that you contact them if you have questions regarding the timeline, since this information varies by company. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange an item, we recommend that you place a new order for the replacement to ensure its availability and mail back the original. Please email us at returns@collectivehabit.com to request a pre-paid return label for the item. A refund will be issued once we receive the original item back in stock.

SHIPPING

Please note that all shipping delivery times listed are in addition to our standard order processing time of 2-3 business days, with the exception of orders placed using guaranteed shipping methods. Orders placed using guaranteed shipping methods before 6pm PST (Pacific Standard Time) will begin processing within 24-48 hours.

Domestic Orders

We offer a $5.00 Flat Rate shipping option via UPS Ground on all domestic orders shipping within the continental US, and via USPS for orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii. Free Shipping is applied to orders of $150.00 and over (excluding tax). Free Shipping offers do not apply on international orders. We offer three reliable and convenient domestic shipping options with tracking through United Parcel Service (UPS):

UPS Ground: delivery within 1-5 business days 
UPS 2nd Day Air: delivery within 2 business days
UPS Next Day Air: delivery within 1 business day

International Orders

We currently serve and ship to select *locations worldwide. Flat Rate, Free Shipping, and Free Returns offers do not apply on international orders. Customer is responsible for all applicable import taxes and/or fees. We offer several reliable and convenient international shipping options through the United States Postal Service (USPS) and United Parcel Service (UPS):

USPS Priority Mail International: delivery within 6-10 business days (tracking within the US only)
USPS Express Mail International: delivery within 3-5 business days (fully trackable to the destination)
UPS Standard (Canada & Mexico): delivery within 2-6 business days to Canada, 4-8 business days to Mexico (fully trackable to the destination)
